Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Transformation: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core business operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a research and development division dedicated to emerging technologies, including quantum computing readiness and advanced robotics.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive technologies three to five years out and devise strategies to capitalize on them.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to ensure technology investments yield maximum business value.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy or future tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation: Proven track record of successfully launching breakthrough technologies or products.
