Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines focused on Generative AI and LLM optimization for 2026 standards.
- MLOps Leadership: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, ensuring high availability and automated retraining workflows.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements (e.g., Multimodal AI) into our core products.
- Performance Optimization: Fine-tune models for inference speed and accuracy, reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred for this senior role).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
