Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation with corporate goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) into core business operations.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and strategists to prototype and validate disruptive concepts.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members to drive buy-in.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, particularly in AI and data-driven systems.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
