Responsibilities
- Define and execute the master strategy for the 'The 2026 Initiative,' aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and product strategists to drive innovation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for high-impact prototypes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for ambitious long-term projects.
- Establish measurable KPIs to track the progress of the 2026 roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and future tech trends.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
