Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate court records, filings, and dockets using proprietary judicial systems
- Process legal documents with strict adherence to federal and state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and judicial staff
- Coordinate courtroom schedules and assist judges with case management
- Prepare official transcripts, orders, and administrative correspondence
- Train and mentor new clerks on departmental protocols and ethical standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in court administration or legal documentation
