Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations and procedures
- Utilize specialized software to maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to diverse clientele
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on compliance matters

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience in regulated environments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written/verbal)

- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
