Responsibilities
- Sort, deliver, and collect mail and packages efficiently along designated routes in Jersey City
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional demeanor during interactions
- Safely operate postal vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Operate automated mail processing equipment and maintain accurate delivery records
- Report mail irregularities, damaged property, or suspicious activities promptly
- Maintain route efficiency through optimal time management and strategic planning

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status with valid work authorization
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Physical stamina to walk long distances in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for using postal systems and mobile devices
- Strong time management and organizational skills
