Responsibilities
- Assist federal agencies with general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Process incoming correspondence, applications, and documents with high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Perform routine data entry and report preparation using government-approved software.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite) is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
