Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural strategy for the Horizon 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a team of engineers to integrate advanced AI models into core enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the migration to quantum-safe cryptographic standards by 2026.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and risk assessments for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
