Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and license renewals with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic violations, driving tests, and DMV documentation
- Maintain detailed digital records using proprietary DMV software systems
- Handle cash transactions and ensure compliance with financial protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide multilingual support (English, Hawaiian, Japanese, Tagalog) as needed
- Stay updated on Hawaii's traffic laws and DMV regulatory changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and drug screening
