Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver license applications with precision
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels (in-person, phone, email)
- Maintain accurate records using our proprietary DMV management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery
- Support special event licensing and commercial vehicle operations
- Continuously update knowledge on Hawaii's traffic laws and DMV procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- Ability to multitask while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills in English and familiarity with Hawaiian Pidgin
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution expertise
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
