Responsibilities
- Provide accurate DMV information and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all DMV policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
