Responsibilities
- Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory compliance for municipal programs
- Conduct comprehensive audits of agency operations and documentation
- Develop compliance training materials for 500+ municipal employees
- Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory updates and policy changes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for city council and oversight committees
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with state and federal regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector compliance experience
- Active certification in Public Administration (CPM) or equivalent
- Proficiency with regulatory reporting software (e.g., GovComply)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance within 60 days
- Advanced knowledge of OMB, GAO, and PA Sunshine Act regulations
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
