Responsibilities
- Design and implement statewide public welfare programs aligned with Oklahoma's strategic goals
- Manage cross-departmental partnerships and stakeholder communications

- Oversee $2M+ annual budgets with rigorous fiscal accountability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Advanced certification in Public Management (CPM) or equivalent
- Proficiency in state budgeting systems (e.g., OMB MAX)
- Demonstrated crisis management during declared emergencies
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain Federal clearance within 30 days
