Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to postal regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Collect postage and fees when required for certified/registered mail
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Operate and maintain delivery equipment including scanners and handheld devices
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and safety protocols
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn postal systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
