Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications in compliance with VA standards and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid IT certification such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and common office software.
