Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and innovation ahead of market trends.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems optimized for edge computing.
- System Integration: Integrate diverse data sources and AI agents into a cohesive ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Tech Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and prototype emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about 3-5 year technology cycles and infrastructure scaling.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: Track record of deploying innovative solutions that have measurable business impact.
