Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and data security protocols.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and ensure compliance with federal IT standards.
- Document technical procedures and assist in training staff on new technologies.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for most federal positions.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
