Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support to federal staff and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal IT infrastructure management experience
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with ITIL framework and service management best practices
