Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments.
- Provide tier-two technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, peripherals, and office automation equipment.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement strategic technology solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT support or network administration.
- Valid certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team setting.
