Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments.
  • Provide tier-two technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, peripherals, and office automation equipment.
