Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, networks, and application services during off-peak hours.
- Perform 24/7 troubleshooting and incident response to resolve technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows, software updates, and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of all system activities.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical tickets and system status reports.
- Ensure compliance with state security policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment or night shift preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
