Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with emerging tech trends and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end innovation cycles from ideation to commercialization
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight and execution excellence
