Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- PhD or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Strong patents portfolio or published research
