Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain federal IT security frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage identity access control systems for federal networks
- Respond to security incidents and forensic investigations
- Develop security policies and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-agency security teams
- Mentor junior security professionals
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 5+ years experience in IT security roles
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
