Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex information technology systems and software applications.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data and systems through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT initiatives and modernization projects.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to comply with federal standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or software development.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
