Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and regulations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
