Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex information technology systems and software solutions.
- Perform system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for network infrastructure.
- Conduct security assessments and implement data protection measures to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding hardware and software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and upgrade opportunities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for most federal positions.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of specialized IT experience, including system administration and network support.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and federal IT standards.
