Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and internal software tools using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with legacy systems.
- Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
