Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and software licensing.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal IT security policies.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
