Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across state facilities in Indianapolis.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests and tickets efficiently using the Service Management System.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows workstations and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software updates and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- ITIL certification is a strong plus.
