Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud-based government systems including Azure/AWS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for state agencies across Colorado
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance with federal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration with government/public sector experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of NIST and FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
