Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud services (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environments
- Provide Level 3 technical support for city departments
- Document IT systems and develop disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with Active Directory and enterprise networking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license
