Responsibilities
- System Administration: Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
- Tech Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal employees, ensuring high availability of critical systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, security protocols, and incident reports in compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP), Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
