Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data loads and complex computations.
- Pioneer Emerging Technologies: Research and integrate next-gen technologies, including advanced LLMs and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Units: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning long-term technical roadmaps and anticipating industry shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-concurrency environments.
