Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Architect high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Machine Learning models and neural architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
