Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech impacts
- Champion innovation labs prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
