Responsibilities

- Define the technical strategy for transitioning from cloud-centric AI to edge-computing solutions to ensure low-latency processing.
- Lead the development of proprietary algorithms that enhance predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems seamlessly.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of hardware acceleration (TPU, GPU, FPGA) and model quantization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
