Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure that can handle billions of data points.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI division, focusing on LLM optimization and edge computing.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Talent Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research into production-ready systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying LLMs or Large Multimodal Models.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
