Qualifications
- Deep Learning Expertise: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Programming Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Research Background: Experience publishing papers or contributing to open-source projects in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex issues and innovate solutions for unstructured problems.
