Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to deliver high-impact AI features for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define the technical vision and architectural standards for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems to ensure production reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Proven experience deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
