Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Project 2026, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Mentor and manage a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into production-grade software.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to maintain a competitive edge in the AI landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
