Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume generative tasks with sub-second latency.
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic Workflows, ensuring autonomous agent decision-making is secure and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives.
- Optimize machine learning models for edge deployment and real-time inference in distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure rigorous data governance, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
