Responsibilities
- Lead high-level research initiatives to define the 2026 technical roadmap for AGI and Neural Interfaces.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models capable of handling exascale data workloads.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into practical, production-ready applications.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) or leading R&D at a major tech firm.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
