Your Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product designers.
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure ethical AI deployment and data governance.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning systems from conception to production.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Passion for the future of technology and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the year 2026 and beyond.
