Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Architecture: Design and implement the core infrastructure for The 2026 Protocol, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI/ML models and edge computing solutions into our centralized cloud architecture.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, review critical pull requests, and ensure architectural consistency across all projects.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, next-gen encryption).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, and Serverless architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level experience with AWS or Azure, including infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
