Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure AI and quantum computing infrastructures tailored for the 2026 era.
- Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research and feasibility studies for cutting-edge technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Establish and maintain strict security and compliance standards for all advanced systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum Computing leadership roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct high-performance teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
