- Mentor a team of futurists and R&D specialists in emerging tech domains
- Secure patents and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published author or patent holder in future technology domains
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams of 15+ members
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies
