Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 Vision.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of predictive AI models and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic interfaces and immersive web experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., brain-computer interfaces, autonomous systems).
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Present technical roadmaps to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages.
- Experience with machine learning, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
