- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to build future-ready organizations
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a team of futurist researchers and data scientists to validate emerging trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
