Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations, published research, and industry forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and researchers to cultivate next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, patents, or industry publications)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, or similar frameworks)
